WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

​​​The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by connecting our company with new affiliate partners in the debt relief industry. This role helps to establish relationships with key partners, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the success of our affiliate partnerships. 

• Research and identify potential affiliate partners that align with our mission.

• Establish, nurture, and manage long-term partnerships to maximize mutual success.

• Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand our affiliate network.

• Negotiate terms and onboard new partners into our program.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Affiliate Support, and Training teams to ensure partner success.

• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for growth.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:

• Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or affiliate management.

• A natural relationship-builder with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Strong ability to pitch and sell value in a competitive market.

• Experience in CRM tools and business software for lead tracking and reporting.

• Knowledge of the debt relief or financial services industry is a plus.

Location: For employees who are located outside of California, this is a fully remote work opportunity with occasional travel to local affiliate businesses.

Job Type: Full-time Exempt

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday 

Location: Southern California, Texas, Florida, and New Jersey
