COMPENSATION:
- $90,000 to $105,000 Annual Salary

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Based in the U.S., this role will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and offshore sites, ensuring alignment with company objectives, effective communication, and consistent delivery on key performance indicators (KPIs).- Serve as the central point of contact between the U.S.-based leadership team and international BPO site(s). Ensure timely and clear communication of priorities, policy updates, training materials, and performance feedback.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on BPO performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Provide guidance and actionable feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Cultivate a strong partnership with BPO leadership to build a collaborative working relationship. Manage escalation paths and maintain accountability for BPO responsiveness and delivery.
- Ensure BPO adherence to company processes, workflows, and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement through process audits, SOP refinement, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Regularly analyze BPO output, trends, and issues. Prepare reports for internal leadership summarizing performance and improvement initiatives.
- Partner with internal training teams to ensure BPO staff are properly onboarded, upskilled, and updated on new policies or tools. Coordinate knowledge sharing and training refreshers as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, Compliance, IT, and other departments to align strategies and resolve operational challenges across geographies.
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience in BPO/vendor management, operations management, or a related field
- Proven success in managing international teams or partners
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, SLA management, and operational KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of adapting tone and content for various stakeholders
- Background in customer service, sales support, or back-office operations
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance or quality standards in outsourced environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, BI tools)
- Comfortable working across time zones and flexible in schedule to accommodate international meetings
