OUR HOME: Alleviate has a 30,000 Sq foot headquarters based out of Irvine, CA. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Orange County’s booming business and finance district. COMPENSATION:
- Base salary of $175,000-200,000 annually. This position includes On-Target Earnings of $350,000 - $400,000 annually, inclusive of performance-based bonuses earnings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Head of Sales will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This leader will provide strategic direction, hands-on support, and ongoing mentorship to the sales team to ensure they excel in developing client solutions, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional service. The Head of Sales will also ensure the team is well-equipped to navigate systems, implement best practices, and address client needs with precision and professionalism.- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and long-term vision.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven environment.
- Serve as a proactive and inspiring leader, modeling the values, work ethic, and enthusiasm expected from all sales employees.
- Cultivate a positive sales culture centered on motivation, integrity, and professional growth.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, effective team management, and expansion into new markets.
- Partner with senior leadership to align departmental initiatives with the company’s strategic direction.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to develop and refine methods for increasing sales and promoting business growth.
- Assist in establishing and managing affiliate networks and partnerships.
- Work with the head of training to identify and address ongoing training needs, ensuring continuous team improvement.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and departmental KPIs.
- Oversee and develop all levels of sales management, ensuring succession planning and leadership development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate lead sources, identify new opportunities, and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Leverage market insights to guide product development and strategic initiatives.
- Implement and optimize sales processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize CRM systems and internal reporting tools to track, analyze, and optimize sales performance.
- Build strong cross-departmental collaboration with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive customer-centric approach.
- Partner with human resources and talent acquisition to build a sales culture that reflects the company’s core values.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT:
- At least 7 Years of extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and/or a related role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Strong background in managing client relationships, sales teams, and strategic partnerships, preferably in the debt settlement, financial services, or a high-growth industry.
- Expertise in sales processes, CRM systems, reporting tools, and leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting to change and prioritizing effectively.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on streamlining processes and enhancing team performance.
- Familiarity with debt settlement industry trends, competitor analysis, and strategies for expanding into new markets or industries.
- A collaborative mindset, working across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
