WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

The Correspondence Associate plays a vital role in managing and processing client correspondence efficiently and accurately, in addition to providing additional levels of customer service to our clients via written communications.  
  • Review, sort, and organize incoming mail and email correspondence. 
  • Review incoming communications to determine necessary actions and appropriate disposition. 
  • Prepare professional business correspondence, as required. 
  • Utilize email and internal communication platforms, as well as tools like Zendesk and CRM systems. 
  • Provide written support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. 
  • Document interactions and update client accounts accurately. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments as needed to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues. 
  • Perform functions within the CRM system as required to maintain organized records. 
  • Act as a Zendesk agent, responding to inquiries and managing ticket resolutions. 
  • Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in addressing time-sensitive and legally important matters, demonstrating a self-driven approach to responsibilities. 
  • Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency in providing adequate customer service in a timely manner.  
  • Ability to type 45 plus words per minute. 
  • Computer literacy. 
  • Ticketing system experience (such as Zendesk or a similar platform), CRM, and telephony preferred. 
  • Administrative or office experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
